Grand Rooms is a family owned and family oriented business which strives to provide our clients with quality products at an excellent value.  We will be responsive to all our clients’ requests, and needs, and will fulfill all your obligations with courtesy, respect and timely delivery and installation.

Rhonda Ballard is a Certified Interior Decorator. The Gulf Coast of Alabama and Florida provided a fantastic opportunity for Rhonda to bring her talents to clients in a new arena after having provided home furnishings, accessories and interior design services to clients in the Greater Birmingham area for over 15 years. In July of 2006 Rhonda and her husband formed their company, Grand Rooms, and began servicing clients in the condominium and investment property market. Since that time, we have furnished scores of condominium units – a business built on person-to-person referrals.

Steve Ballard brings 23 years of financial controller experience to Grand Rooms, providing a business background that enables the company to operate at maximum efficiency with virtually no overhead. We operate our own delivery truck and utilize a just-in-time approach: we can have furniture installed within days – not weeks – of your order. We insist on hiring quality employees who will treat your property with respect and care. Grand Rooms cares about our clients and their property – we understand the need for expedience and experience!
